Part of Monash University, we are Australia’s first dedicated mRNA workforce training centre – we deliver best-practice education and training programs across the mRNA vaccines and therapeutics pipeline – from research and development, through clinical trials and approval, to production scale-up and manufacture, and beyond.

We offer professional development and workforce training to individuals who are seeking to work, or already work, in the broad spectrum of industries that draw on the expertise, practices and knowledge from the pharmaceutical sciences. We are developing several courses to increase the competencies of participants in different areas and enhance their capabilities and effectiveness for this workforce, including good manufacturing practice and quality. We also support the growth of the mRNA manufacturing sector through the delivery of specific mRNA courses designed to increase technical competencies and provide practical, hands-on training relevant to mRNA manufacturing.
